Romney: ‘You Can’t Drive A Car With A Windmill On It’

August 14, 2012

I think someone should explain this one to Romney: you don’t put the windmill on the car. You produce electricity using the wind turbine.

And then you plug in your car (such as the incredibly hot Tesla Roadster, an all electric car that goes from 0-60 in 3.7 seconds and has a 300 mile range) to charge it with that electricity.

You also don’t put dogs on top of your car. That’s just callous.

P.S. For those of us who can’t afford the hot car pictured above, Tesla and other companies are also producing lower cost plugins, and if we invested more in our energy infrastructure and R&D, the prices of the cars would decrease at the same time as the ranges increase.
